Supplier workspace
Prepare products for your dropshipping shop, one SKU per saleable variant.
Supplier costs remain in this browser. Nothing is published or sent to suppliers. Download a master backup before changing device. Shopify and automated fulfilment are not connected yet.
1. Prepare your product file
Use the template in Excel or Google Sheets and save as CSV. Add a style_tags column using semicolon-separated values: warm-minimal; japandi; tropical-modern; balinese-natural; coastal; bohemian; thai-artisan; contemporary. Minimal and minimalist are accepted as Warm Minimal. Untagged products need review and do not appear in style-filtered collections. Keep your SKU stable; retain the supplier’s SKU separately. Use public product-photo URLs you have permission to use.

2. Review before saving
Upload a file to see product validation, stock and gross margin.
Saving replaces this workspace’s previous catalogue. Download its master file first if you need to keep it. It does not change the public demo shop.
3. Prepare Shopify
Each SKU exports as a separate draft product. Prices must use your Shopify store currency. Inventory quantities, supplier mappings and delivery rules remain in the master file and require a separate integration. Draft exports use manual fulfilment; they do not forward orders.
Create your Shopify store ↗The automation we build next
- Supplier feed → validate SKUs, variants, images and cost changes.
- Review exceptions → sync approved products and stock into Shopify.
- Paid order → split by supplier and request fulfilment.
- Supplier acknowledgement → tracking and customer updates.
- Failures, cancellations and returns → staff review queue.
A supplier without a reliable feed starts with scheduled CSV uploads and reviewed purchase orders.
