This notice describes the current PrepYourVilla preview and pilot studio. Privacy enquiries can be directed to the Mr Property Siam team at info@mrpropertysiam.com.
What you provide and why
The studio handles property photos, furniture images, room measurements, listing information, preferences, product selections and project estimates to create and manage your plan. If you use sign-in where available, your email and authentication information are processed to manage access. Information you choose to send in an enquiry is used to respond to that request.
Browser storage and backups
Pilot projects and images are primarily saved in this browser using local storage and IndexedDB. They are not automatically synchronised across devices. Clearing site data can remove projects; export a backup first. Downloaded proposals and backups remain on your device until you delete them. The Vercel preview address and prepyourvilla.com have separate browser storage.
AI processing
When you request an AI render or analysis, the relevant images, instructions and project details are sent through our server to OpenAI to perform that request. Merely viewing a prepared demo does not generate an AI request. Remove faces, identity documents, access codes and other unnecessary personal information before uploading. Only upload images and listing information you are entitled to use.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application and may process technical request and security information. OpenAI processes requested AI tasks. Where account access is enabled, Supabase provides authentication. Providers may process information outside Thailand under their own service arrangements. External product images and fonts can also cause your browser to contact their hosting providers.

Sharing and retention
Project information is not automatically shared with the partner businesses shown on our website. Sharing a plan or requesting a service is a separate action. Browser data remains until removed or cleared; provider records and any correspondence can have different retention periods. Contact us about data we hold outside your browser. A final commercial notice with the operating entity, address and detailed retention schedule will be published before commercial launch.
Cookies and your choices
The pilot uses browser storage for projects and preferences. Sign-in, when enabled, uses session cookies. You can manage cookies and site data through your browser; doing so may sign you out or remove local projects.
Privacy requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, subject to applicable law. Contact the team using the address above and identify the service and request; do not email passwords or sensitive identity documents unsolicited. You can also contact Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee about a privacy concern.
