Concepts and estimates

AI can alter product colour, dimensions and layout. Check product references and obtain technical advice where needed. Estimates and allowances are preliminary; they are not binding quotations, stock reservations or orders.

Services and purchasing

On-site services are initially offered in Koh Samui subject to inspection, availability and separate agreement. Outside Samui, the offer is digital planning for your own local team; contractor dispatch is not included. Supplier delivery coverage must be checked per product.

Your uploads and projects

Upload only material you have permission to use. Keep backups of browser-local projects. Do not rely on a generated image for structural, electrical, plumbing or other safety-critical decisions. Rental recommendations do not guarantee occupancy or financial returns.
